About Us
We are a US and Germany-based advisory firm with over 25 years of experience and multiple completed transactions across Europe and the US. We work with engineering and manufacturing companies to help them access growth capital, generate new revenues, and execute business transactions.
The Role
We are looking for a commercially minded professional to join our team and support our outreach and advisory work. You will engage directly with business owners and executives, help identify their needs, and guide them through our three core service areas:
- Accessing €1M–€250M in debt-free capital through our network of private investors and family offices
- Generating up to €50M in new sales revenues through client introductions, trade finance, and strategic partnerships
- Supporting the acquisition or sale of a company, property, or securities from valuation through to closing
What You Bring
- A background in business, finance, sales, or a related commercial field
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand client needs and present solutions clearly and confidently
- Fluency in German and English — additional languages are a strong advantage
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Experience in B2B sales, advisory, or financial services is a plus
